Reiki is an ancient healing technique that f lows energy into the body. It helps reduce pain, stress, anxiety, and depression by healing the emotional aspect of pain. Energy flows through the Reiki practitioner to the client, and the client may feel waves of subtle energy gently moving through the body.

Meditation Sound Bath
Sound Bath is a meditative practice involving the use of resonating music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress and other worries and concerns. The service will be provided for a group (at least 4 people).
